Places are available on the Ocean Youth Trust Scotland sailing expedition, which will take place between the 8th - 14th August.

- be over 18 years of age at the time of the expedition
- Must be physically and medically fit to sail continuously for 7 days
- Have passed and been awarded the Air Cadets Basic Swimming Competence Certificate
- Must be prepared to live and work in very close proximity as a team, and to undertake varied duties as required on board (training will be given as appropriate). Conditions on-board are cramped and privacy is limited
